Rum Baba Centrum

Rum Baba is a place that feels casual but has seriously good coffee. With two shops in Amsterdam — one in the Jordaan and one in Oost — they’ve built a solid name around quality roasting, fresh bakes, and a low-key atmosphere that keeps regulars coming back. The focus here is on specialty coffee, roasted in-house and sourced with care. Both locations double as shops, so you can stock up on beans and gear while you’re there. The shelves are full of filters, brewers, and the kind of stuff that makes home brewing fun. There’s also a small but good selection of homemade sweets — the marble cake is a favourite — and now and then, they host casual workshops if you’re curious to learn more.
