SAINT - JEAN

Saint-Jean is one of those cafés that people don’t mind queueing for — and once you’ve tried their pastries, you’ll get it. Located on a sunny corner in the Jordaan, this plant-based bakery and café has quietly (ok, not that quietly) become a local sensation. The coffee is great, but let’s be honest — most people are here for that vegan croissant. Flaky, buttery (but not), and possibly the best in town. The menu changes often, but everything is baked in-house and 100% plant-based. Expect a mix of locals, foodies and curious tourists all trying to get their hands on the next pastry drop.
