Selma's

Selma’s is a Nordic-inspired bakery and café where everything is made in-house, from the bread to the spreads. It’s run by Anna and Jorrit — a Swedish-Finnish-Dutch duo who care about quality, gezelligheid and good coffee. Expect fresh pastries, quiches and sandwiches, often with a Scandinavian twist, always made with seasonal and mostly organic ingredients. The menu changes regularly to keep things interesting (and reduce waste), but favourites often return. Whether you’re grabbing a quick fika to-go from Selma’s Centrum or settling in at Selma’s West, the vibe is welcoming and relaxed.
