Café de Dokter is a time capsule, taking you back to the 18th century with its old-world charm. Run by the Beems family for six generations, this cosy bar is filled with curiosities, from antique clocks and birdcages to dangling doctor's bags covered in a thick layer of history. The atmosphere is enchanting, with jazz melodies floating in the air, stained glass windows casting colourful hues, and warm, dark wood-panelled walls.
