Set on the Zeedijk, Trees is an intimate bar-restaurant where candlelight meets culinary flair. Chef Amadou Dia and sommelier team up nightly to deliver a five- or six-course menu that shifts with the seasons—and sometimes even mid-week. Think buttery brioches by day and bold, personal dishes by night, with an optional wine pairing that’s anything but optional.
